Course
The 2027 UCI Cyclo-cross World Championships will take place mainly on the grounds of the Wellington Hippodrome and on the beach near the Thermae Palace. The start and finish area will be located at the Wellington Hippodrome, where the riders will first face an initial technical section with a passage past the pit area before crossing Koningin Astridlaan via a bridge towards the beach.

Once on the beach, riders will head to the waterline and face several challenging sandy sections. Unlike the 2021 World Championships, there will also be a long passage along the renovated Royal Galleries. Another difference from 2021 is that the old swimming pool site now forms part of the course before riders cross back to the Wellington Hippodrome and the finish via a staircase and a second bridge.
